Our Palliative Care Unit provides comprehensive support for patients with life-threatening illnesses, and their families. Our multidisciplinary team includes:

  • Nurse
  • Social worker
  • Dietitian
  • Physiotherapist
  • Spiritual companion
  • Spiritual companion

Enable patients with life-threatening illnesses and their families to lead fulfilling, dignified lives, receiving care that aligns with their preferences and values.

What We Offer:

  • Information and guidance on advance directives and medical decision-making.
  • Ongoing communication with patients and families to discuss treatment preferences and end-of-life decisions.
  • Multidisciplinary palliative care, including:
    • Symptom assessment and management
    • Prognosis evaluation and communication
    • Goal setting and treatment planning
    • Psychological and spiritual support
    • Assessment of support systems
    • Coordination of care
