  • The kitchen is run by a professional team of cooks, in full cooperation with a kashrut inspector who is present, on site, every day.
  • The kitchen is kosher and is under the supervision of the local rabbinate. It also provides solutions for the ultra-orthodox (haredi) public.
  • Our kitchen is completely separate for Dairy-Meat-Pareve
  • We prepare meals for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure and other conditions, according to the recommendations and direction of the dietitians that work at Bet Hadar.
  • Bet Hadar’s residents receive three meals per day, as well as two light snacks.
  • Our kitchen staff are always attuned to our patients’ needs and are always there to offer comfort and a listening ear.
