Admission and release

Admissions to the ward:

When you arrive at the ward, the nurse will admit you and show you the room where you will be hospitalized.

In the ward, you will be given information about the ward’s procedures orally and in writing on an information leaflet; later on, a medical examination and admission procedure will be performed, including evaluation by a social worker as well as by paramedical staff members (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapist, dietitian).

Discharge from the department:

The date of your discharge will be determined at multidisciplinary team meetings.

Upon your discharge, you will receive a discharge letter from your doctor, physical therapist, occupational therapist and nurse, with a summary of your hospitalization and recommendations for further treatment and follow-up, as well as instructions and explanation from the nurse.

Patients are discharged until 11:00. For discharge at other times, please arrange in advance with the staff.

Thank you for your cooperation
